Что означает ошибка?

Что означает ошибка? Some objects were not cleaned up when closing the scene. Все работает. Ошибка пишется красным.

Нажмите "open editor log" в консоли и посмотрите, что именно потекло.

В OnDestroy что-нибудь рожается?

Если память мне не изменяет, она выскакивает когда вы грузите бандли и не выгружаете их при закрытии приложения.
В принципе не страшно, просто раздражает. Попробуйте в OnDestroy или OnDisabled вызвать UnloadUnusedAssets
