C:\Users\пк\

в идеале нужно завести английского пользователя и делать все под ним. или можно попробовать переместить проект в C:\Work, но может где-то в другом месте из-за русского поломаться
правильный вопрос - половина ответа. учитесь формулировать вопросы понятно.
